Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days Express delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and school holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up to our email list to be notified.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
