Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email. If you haven't received it within 3 working days of ordering, please WhatsApp us on 07377 577 517 with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Play Lab boxes ship on the 1st of every month.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items. Please email us at hello@paragonhubgroup.com to start the process.
How do I cancel my Play Lab subscription?
You can cancel anytime — no questions asked. Simply email hello@paragonhubgroup.com or WhatsApp us and we'll handle it immediately. No cancellation fees.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding internationally — follow our WhatsApp channel to be the first to know when we do!
Are your products safe for children?
Absolutely. All our products are rigorously safety tested and comply with UK toy safety regulations. Age guidance is clearly marked on every product.

Is Paragon Hub safe for children?
